Mindfulness is a helpful way to remain stress free and aware. Focus on your breath uninteruppted for 10-15 mins each day, and soon you’ll notice a shift within yourself and being. Don’t be discouraged if your thoughts drift, just return back to focusing on your breath. Meditation, like anything involves practice, so daily use of it will increase your meditative endurance.
